• Incorrect Item or Spec Mismatch: If the model, RAM, storage, or color delivered differs from what was ordered on our website.
• Physical Transit Damage: External damage incurred during courier transportation and reported immediately upon delivery.

2. Pay on Delivery (POD) Return Rights

For customers utilizing doorstep Pay on Delivery in Kano and eligible cities:

• You have the full right to physically examine the device packaging in the presence of the dispatch rider before completing payment.
• If the item is wrong or damaged, you can reject delivery on the spot at zero financial penalty.
• Once paid and accepted, the 7-Day Testing Warranty applies for internal hardware functionality.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns and refunds cannot be approved under the following circumstances:

• Physical customer damage after delivery (drops, cracked screens, liquid spills, power surge damages).
• Tampering with internal components, unauthorized repair attempts, or removal of manufacturer/merchant warranty seals.
• Missing original accessories, power adapters, or packaging that came with the product.
• Change of mind after the testing period has elapsed.

4. Refund Processing & Timelines

Once an eligible return is received and inspected at our central hub or verified merchant store:

• Product Replacement: A replacement unit is dispatched within 24 to 48 hours at no extra courier cost to you.
• Direct Bank Transfer Refund: If replacement is out of stock or refund is requested, the full purchase amount is wired directly to your designated Nigerian bank account within 24 hours.
