1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BuyCona, browsing our electronics catalogue, placing an order, or registering as a merchant vendor, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Multi-Merchant Marketplace Architecture

BuyCona operates as both a direct distributor (Beli Official Store) and a verified multi-vendor marketplace connecting vetted Nigerian electronics merchants with retail buyers.

• Verified Listings: All merchants must submit accurate technical specifications, real stock quantities, and authentic product condition indicators.
• Authenticity Guarantee: Sale of counterfeit or refurbished gadgets disguised as brand new is strictly forbidden and results in immediate vendor store termination and legal referral.

3. Ordering & Pricing Policy

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦ NGN). While we strive for accuracy, in the event of an inadvertent technical pricing glitch, we reserve the right to notify the customer and cancel or adjust the order before dispatch.

When an order is submitted via direct checkout, an automated order reference (BELI-XXXXX) is generated. Orders are confirmed after customer phone/WhatsApp availability check.

4. Doorstep Pay on Delivery (POD) Guidelines

We offer zero-advance Pay on Delivery in Kano and select metropolitan destinations across Nigeria to build genuine consumer trust. To protect logistics operations, the following rules apply:

• Pre-Dispatch Verification: Couriers will make a phone call or WhatsApp message before leaving the fulfillment hub. Orders with non-reachable numbers will be held.
• Inspection on Arrival: You have the right to visually inspect the sealed package and verify device condition before handing over payment to the delivery rider.
• Frivolous Order Cancellations: Placing fake POD orders or repeatedly refusing delivered orders without valid defect reasons may result in blacklisting from future POD eligibility.

5. Direct Bank Transfer Payments

For nationwide express dispatch orders requiring advance bank transfer, payments must be made strictly to the official verified account details shown on our website checkout:

6. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from transactions on BuyCona shall first be resolved through good-faith mediation facilitated by our Customer Resolution Desk in Kano, Nigeria.
